The guy running this excavator fails to realize the gravity of his situation. In the process of tearing down the building, he accidentally goes a little too deep into the structure, and the building collapses on his rig.

Here's a brief clip where comic actor Leslie Neilsen (Naked Gun, Dracula: Dead and Loving It) audibly farts on live television. This clip is from a British morning TV-news program. Apparently Nielsen is known for pulling whoopie-cushion gags on live TV, but this seems to have been the real thing. It also seems to have been doctored a bit before hitting the web; it includes a famous line from Naked Gun.
